Poor eating habits.

high tension jobs.

machine life style.


now i am going to talk about the eating habits.


while eating i found all are only swallow the food.

not chew that.

i want to share some ideas of eating techniques.



we have to eat only , when we feel hungry.


means---- EAT TO LIVE AND not
live to eat.


in tamil there is a proverb


one time/day eater======== yogi====lucky man
two time/day eater======= bogi==== pleassure eater
threetime/day eater=========rogi=====patient.


so, we have the food only after feel hungry.

and avoid snacks and junk food in the middle.


there are lots of eating techniques


we can eat only enough and good foods not tasty foods.


let me explain all this in next day.
