in my own experience, i rectify this two.


high pressure=== take a handful of DRUM-STICK LEAVES, with empty stomach in the morning, chew the leaves. swallow the leaves and the juices. drink water.

after two hours you can drink coffee or tea. continue this for seven days.

there are two type of food

one is raw food., and the other is

cooked food.


dont take both at a time.


when u take cooked food, after 4 hours only you can take raw food(fruits, vegetable)


when u take raw food after 2 hours only u can take cooked food.


when u mix together u will not get the benefits.

so, we have the food only after feel hungry.

and avoid snacks and junk food in the middle.


there are lots of eating techniques


we can eat only enough and good foods not tasty foods.
