eating technique

1. less eat(swallow) more chew the foods

2.avoid fry and use only boiled food.

3. try to take more fruits, vegetables.

4. have food only after feeling hungry.





when you feel very hungry,

first drink a class of water. it will work as a lubricant., for the food path.


avoid, chilli, tamarind, and more salt.


salt is not a food , it is a chemical.

so try to avoid if not use very small part.



some foods items are friendly nature and some are enemy nature.



dont mix fruits and vegetables with cooked food. both are enemy nature.


banana= enemy with curd, buttermilk, and yoghurt.

fish, dry fish X milk, curd.

chiken, mutton X milk , curd

the above are enemy nature food.

honey X ghee

wheat X gingely oil

vegetables X butter
