important five things

1. make the body stronger.

enough exercises, enough rest(sleep) pure water, healthy food will help for the above.


please avoid coffee, smoke,liquor.

2. reduce stress.

participate any sports activity, medidation, and or yoga will help this.

3.avoid negative thoughts.
only by practice, you will get

4. take a goal in life.

make a strong goal or desire in your life.

5.make your mind in stable

in alone, think of your body and mind.

make it stable.
